Comes in Basic Units  – provides a tear-off plate. Printed labels or continuous materials, wound on a roll or fanfold, can be torn off on a jagged plate.

Comes in Peel-off Units – provides an internal rewinder. Dispense adds to the features of a basic unit. Printed labels are peeled off their liner and can be removed by hand or by an applicator.

The CAB SQUIX label printer Linerless system delivers up to 60% more labels per roll compared to traditional self adhesive labels with liners, while eliminating the need to dispose of liner waste. It supports variable label sizes through a programmable material saving function and automatically cuts labels after the final print line with an adjustable offset. The system is fully compatible with standard SQUIX label printers in terms of functionality and dimensions, and both basic and peel-off devices can be retrofitted for linerless material processing.

CAB EOS2 (the compact one) / EOS5 (for large label rolls)

CAB EOS2/EOS5 series are the label printers with highest opertaing comfort. One concept – two sizes. The EOS series combines all functions of a solid label printer with highest operating comfort. EOS2, the compact one – for label roll diameters up to 152 mm. EOS5 for large labels rolls – with diameters up to 203 mm.

CAB XD Q 

The CAB XD Q label printer is a high-performance industrial label printer designed for precise dual-sided printing in a single process. It offers 300 dpi resolution for labels up to 105.7 mm wide and 600 dpi for narrower materials up to 54.1 mm using a DR4-M60 print roller, ensuring sharp and detailed output.

It features separate control of each print head, with automatic lifting and ribbon saving functions to reduce waste and improve efficiency when printing on one side. Central material guidance and spindle-based adjustment ensure highly accurate print alignment, especially for narrow continuous materials.

The printer supports seamless multi job printing without backfeed, preventing label loss and improving productivity. It is compatible with CSQ cutters and PSQ perforation cutters, and includes a built-in separator for improved material handling and ribbon separation.

With options for steel or rubber transport rollers depending on application needs, the XD Q is suitable for demanding industrial environments such as textiles, shrink tubes, and complex labelling applications.
