Result Group Strengthens Agricultural Traceability with TrackVision AI
Result Group is proud to introduce TrackVision AI as one of the core technologies supporting its traceability work across Australian agriculture. TrackVision AI is a standards based traceability platform that connects data across the full fresh produce journey – from harvest and packing, through transport and logistics, right through to consumer engagement.
From the moment produce is picked, key information such as origin, grower, harvest date and batch data is captured and linked to the product. As it moves through packing, grading, labelling and distribution, more data is added along the way, building a clear and trusted traceability record. This information stays with the product throughout the supply chain, improving visibility, supporting compliance and helping businesses make better decisions at every stage.
What makes TrackVision AI stand out is how well it fits into real operations. It was designed for real harvest, packing and logistics environments… Not theory. The platform supports reliable identification and can be scaled as operations grow, making it practical to use today while remaining flexible for future industry and regulatory requirements.
TrackVision AI has already been proven through one of Result Group’s most significant traceability initiatives – the Australian Table Grape Association’s (ATGA) Plug-and-Play Traceability Project, funded by the Federal Government’s National Agricultural Traceability Grants Program. Bringing this project to life took close collaboration, problem solving and a deep understanding of how growers actually operate. The goal was clear: create a solution that was genuinely plug-and-play, practical on farm, and able to help growers meet their traceability goals without adding complexity.
Seeing the program come together and seeing TrackVision AI perform at the centre of it, is something the Result Group team is genuinely proud of. While developed alongside the table grape industry, the solution is now built, proven and ready for use by table grape growers, with the flexibility to be adapted across other horticulture sectors.
“At Result Group, we’ve always focused on delivering solutions that work in the real world,” said Michael Dossor, Group General Manager at Result Group. “This project took a lot of effort to get right, and TrackVision AI played a critical role in making it happen. By giving clear item and batch level visibility, it helps growers reduce unnecessary product loss, respond faster to quality issues and avoid broad recalls: all of which directly support better outcomes and reduced food waste.”
As part of Result Group’s broader traceability offering, including data capture, coding, labelling, systems integration and platform readiness, TrackVision AI helps bring everything together into a connected, end-to-end solution that growers and supply chain partners can actually use with confidence.
For growers, traceability is no longer just about meeting requirements. It’s about protecting their product, improving efficiency and building trust with customers. Programs like the ATGA Plug-and-Play Traceability Project show what’s possible when smart technology is paired with real industry experience.
As expectations around traceability continue to grow, TrackVision AI, delivered through Result Group offers a practical, proven way forward. With the table grape industry already leading the way, it’s an exciting time to see what this approach can unlock across the broader horticulture sector.
