Result Group to showcase natural branding and industry-built traceability at Hort Connections 2026

EcoMark Natural Branding and the ATGA Plug-and-Play Platform will be demonstrated live at Stands 210 & 211

Result Group will showcase fresh produce innovation at Hort Connections 2026, bringing together EcoMark Natural Branding, QR-enabled traceability, product identification and packaging automation at Stands 210 & 211.

From 1 – 4 June 2026 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, visitors will be able to see live natural branding on selected fresh produce, explore the ATGA Plug-and-Play Traceability Platform and experience practical technologies designed to support product origin, compliance, supply chain visibility and consumer engagement.

The Result Group stand will focus on how fresh produce can carry more than a label. Through natural branding, QR-enabled product information and connected packaging technologies, produce can become a direct link between growers, supply chain partners, retailers and consumers.

Industry built traceability for the table grape industry
One of the major features of the stand will be the ATGA Plug-and-Play Traceability Platform, an industry-built solution developed by Result Group in collaboration with the Australian Table Grape Association and industry partners to support the table grape industry with a practical and accessible traceability pathway.

The platform has been designed to connect product, packhouse and supply chain information through QR-enabled labels and digital traceability tools. For the grape industry, it provides a practical way to strengthen provenance, transparency, market access, supply chain visibility and consumer confidence.

The solution brings together Plug-and-Play Traceability Platform with recognised industry standards, partner technologies and integration pathways that support growers, exporters and supply chain partners.

Built to work with existing grower systems and export traceability infrastructure, the platform is designed to simplify data management, reduce reporting complexity and support market access requirements without adding unnecessary operational change.

For growers and exporters, the value is practical. The platform supports export traceability, digital supply chain visibility and compliance reporting while helping reduce manual data handling and duplication. It has been designed for growers of different sizes, with the goal of making traceability easier to adopt, easier to manage and more valuable across the table grape supply chain.

The project also highlights the importance of collaboration across the traceability ecosystem, including GS1 standards, software and data integration partners, and technologies that support supply chain visibility such as temperature monitoring and digital product information.

“The ATGA Plug-and-Play Traceability Platform is something we are incredibly proud to be part of. It has been built for the grape industry, with a clear goal: to make export traceability more practical, accessible and valuable. It supports compliance, strengthens trust in Australian produce and gives growers a simpler way to connect existing data with the needs of modern export markets.”
Michael Dossor, Sales Director at Result Group

Visitors to the stand will be able to explore how the platform works in practice and how QR-enabled product information can help connect the journey from grower to consumer. The display will demonstrate how traceability can support authenticity, quality assurance, supply chain transparency, market access and future consumer expectations.

EcoMark Natural Branding live on stand
Alongside the traceability experience, Result Group will showcase EcoMark Natural Branding, with live laser marking on selected fresh produce throughout the event.

Natural branding offers a different way to think about produce identification. Instead of relying only on stickers or additional packaging, selected produce can be marked directly using laser technology. The result is clean, simple and powerful: a brand mark, campaign idea, origin story, sustainability message or personalised detail applied directly to the produce itself.

At the stand, visitors will be able to see live laser marking in action and have their name or company name laser marked onto a piece of fresh produce.

“Fresh produce already has a story. Natural branding helps make that story visible. With EcoMark, we can create opportunities for branding, traceability, sustainability messaging and personalised consumer engagement directly on selected produce.”
Michael Dossor, Sales Director at Result Group

Result Group will also use Hort Connections 2026 to reveal the next chapter of its EcoMark Natural Branding campaign, a first time showcase expected to spark strong interest across the fresh produce industry.

Building on the momentum created through last year’s avocado natural branding collaboration with Costa, Result Group and The Packaging Hippie, this next direction will open new conversations around produce categories, marketing possibilities, sustainability, consumer engagement and the future of product identification. The full reveal will happen on stand, giving visitors a reason to experience it firsthand.

The sustainability aspect is central. Natural branding can help reduce reliance on traditional produce stickers and create new ways to communicate with consumers without adding unnecessary packaging. It also allows growers, packers, retailers and brand owners to think differently about product storytelling, seasonal promotions and retailer campaigns.

Val Skyba, Marketing Manager at Result Group

At Hort Connections 2026, Result Group will show how fresh produce can do more than move through the supply chain. With the right technology, it can share where it came from, how it was handled and why it can be trusted.

From grape punnets and avocados to citrus and labels, every product touchpoint can help share origin, support campaigns, connect consumers to product information and build confidence.
