We have a responsibility to our customers in the food and pharmaceutical industry primarily to supply the products, services and consumables to keep their production lines running and this country fed and medicated …. it’s that simple.
Steps to protect our team and in turn our customers above those recommended have been in place since March this year. As at 8:30 a.m. today (4th August) those have been increased with additional PPE issued to our team, increased internal cleaning taking place and our COVID-19 plan extended to be in line with the strictest of protocols.
Our Service teams in NSW, QLD, SA and WA as well as Victoria will still be accessible via our Direct to Technician 1300 hotline for remote or on-site support. Spare parts and Consumables will still be dispatched daily and our sales team is 100% at your disposal albeit by remote technology interface methods.
Going above and beyond is in Result Group’s DNA and this situation is no different.
