ALLEN CODING – Hall 1, Stand 536

This year at FachPack, Allen Coding will be presenting labeling solutions for your primary and secondary packaging. These include large-format inkjet printers. They should be as clear with harsh environments as they are with demanding speeds. Another way to label these packages are flexible, quickly integrated thermal transfer printers, which can be adapted to all common mounting frame.

 

 

cab PRODUKTTECHNIK – Hall 9, Stand 348

About 20 years after the market launch and nine years after the redesign, cab presents the new Hermes Q labelling system at FachPack. The unwinding of the labels has been optimized to reduce the influence of the inertia of the label roll.  If labels are only partially printed, the film may be stopped during label transport. This automatic economy reduces the material consumption. The Hermes Q is operated via a touch display. If a device is difficult to access in the field, an external control panel with the same functionality can be connected. The control of the devices via smartphone, tablet or PC is also possible.

 

GERNEP – Hall 4, Stand 228

At this year’s Fachpack, the labelling machine manufacturer Gernep will be presenting the latest developments of its rotary label labellers in the module modular system. Gernep’s rotary labellers are used in the beverage industry as well as the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.

HERMA will be demonstrating its pioneering HERMA labelling solutions live on site in hall 3A / Booth 236 for the first time! HERMA has it all: Top and Bottom labellers, Two side labellers, Tamper evident labellers….Do not miss out on HERMA’s two groundbreaking innovations that will significantly impact the area of printing & labelling systems and contribute significantly to environmentally friendly and sustainable packaging.

 

 

PAUL LEIBINGER – Hall 4, Stand 303

At FachPack 2019, Leibinger is presenting its low-maintenance, user-friendly inkjet printers which are manufactured exclusively in Germany and feature all commonly used interfaces even in the Basic Line.  A widely praised highlight among Leibinger customers is the printers’ fully automatic nozzle seal which prevents the ink from drying up during production breaks – providing manufacturers with decisive productivity advantages.

Leibinger’s Sealtronic nozzle sealing technology hermetically seals the entire ink circuit in the printer during production breaks. Air, therefore, has no chance of penetrating the circuit and drying out the ink.  Thanks to this technology, the printer can be restarted within a few seconds at any time and at the push of a button.

 

 

REA ELEKTRONIK – Hall 1, Stand 127

At this year’s FachPack, REA Elektronik will be showcasing solutions for packaging that meet all the requirements of serialization including the new REA JET GK 2.0 printer for sharp edges and high-contrast inscriptions on absorbent substrates. Using solvent-free ink the REA JET GK 2.0 inkjet printer runs at a speed of 200 m / min print layouts and up to 100 mm writing height with pin sharp Edges on paper, wood, textiles and many other porous and absorbent surfaces.
