Continuous Inkjet Coders (CIJ) have been around for a long time, but Leibinger have re-invented the technology with the JET3 and JET2neo machines. Building inkjet coders for nearly 20 years but never really having a presence in Australasia, Leibinger have taken it to a new level.

The inkjet coders themselves are then extended with a range of innovative plug and play accessories such as JETVisio for camera based vision inspection that is driven by the printer itself without external software required, JETmotion a range of linear actuators capable of X and Y printhead movement again controlled by the printers on board processor and JETedit for simple control of multiple printers from any desktop PC.

Automatic Nozzle Sealing – No need to clean or flush printheads on a daily basis. This means less fluid consumption, greater control of ink viscosity and no OH&S issues around handling discarded inks.

Colour Touch Screen Control – a Windows based program using intuitive software opens functions never thought possible with inkjet coding of this type.

State-of-the-Art Ink System – The latest in pump control means the system operates for less time, thus minimising service and increasing availability.

Everything is “On Board” – All manner of fonts, sizes and symbols can be printed without the need for external control software. 1 and 2D barcode formats of all manner as well as languages from Chinese to Arabic are all standard.
