- C & D Wrap Labelling’s Most versatile and economic system
- Servo-driven controller for unparalleled accuracy even at high speeds
- Don’t be locked into Label Supply
The HERMA 752C & D Series is an all-rounder labelling machine. It applies in one pass, a single self-adhesive label to the front (leading face), top and bottom as well as optionally, on the back of packaging, with the capability of labelling up to 60 products per minute. The system handles a range of packs and trays of up to 300 mm wide. The changeover from one pack size to another is quick and easy and can be achieved in less than 4 minutes, a bonus for the busiest of the production environments.
With a machine base constructed of stainless steel, the compact, sturdy and food-grade 752C & D can be operated in practically any production environment where hygiene is a priority.
The integrated, high performance HERMA 500 label applicator enables the precise application of very long labels with a maximum length of up to 400 mm. The labelling machine’s compact and very stable design as well as various assembly options (e.g. left- and right-hand version, for upright, horizontal, or suspended operation) ensure its versatility for use in almost any production environment. The width of the guide rails, side belts and the position of the label applicator can be easily adjusted, ensuring that products are sealed securely without a single tool. To ensure optimal use of space in existing production environments, the length of the in-feed conveyor can be custom-tailored according to individual customer requirements.
Standard HERMA optional extras are available, and if required, the 752C can also be configured for linking into up-stream weighing equipment to give a weigh price application option. As well as giving greatly enhanced pack presentation, the system also offers increased product security. The self-adhesive properties of the three-panel label, and the in-built tamper evident perforations ensure that packaging cannot be switched prior to the product leaving the store while still enabling easy consumer label removal using standard labelling technology virtually any label printer can produce.
A thermal transfer printing unit can be easily integrated in order to print variable data such as batch number, expiry date and price weight information. With a wide range of useful accessories, including a pack turning unit, the 752C & D labelling machine may well be the most versatile and economic three-panel labelling system available.
