Ingenuity, design and craftmanship are a few of the attributes that continue to bring success to Result Group customers.  The latest innovation from Aesus is the Patented Hybrid Heat Shrink Tunnel developed for difficult and/or contoured containers where precision and aesthetics are necessary and given the world we live in, the most efficient power consumption available against its peers.

The Hybrid Heat Tunnel replicates a sauna with the combination of steam and infra-red, providing consistent heating to the sleeve. With only a little steam used, the process is much drier than it would be with a steam only tunnel and the shrinking is completed in much less space than conventional tunnels. Moreover, there is no need for floor drains nor expensive large steam boilers.

The addition of the small steam generator and specially designed steam tubes in the Aesus Infra-red Tunnel gives this a better and more uniform shrink, all at an affordable price.

Several sizes are available and the Aesus 48 inch (1.22 m) Tunnel has dual zones for both the infra-red heaters and the steam tubes to enable gentle, even shrink at the entrance to the tunnel and to finish with a hotter exit, all while keep power consumption and carbon footprint to a minimum.
