Result Group expands its family of reliable inkjet printers for industrial coding and marking with the introduction of the Leibinger JET1neo Series. Ideal for standard applications, the Jet1neo is an entry-level continuous inkjet system that has most of the advanced features of other higher end CIJ printing systems but at a price point that easily allows start-ups to add coding to their production lines. Designed for printing best before dates and batch codes, it can mark up to 2 lines of text, symbols and numbers with quality comparable to any of its higher specced and priced peers.
The operating system is simple via a 5.7” touchscreen, making it easy for anyone to operate and allows for easy creation and editing of printing during production.
Non-contact printing always produces good results on a multitude of product surfaces. Smudging is ruled out since the ink dries on glass, plastic, metal, steel and wood in less than a second
Leibinger’s CIJ printers are considered to be the most reliable in the world. This is ensured, among other things, by Leibinger’s unique Sealtronic nozzle sealing system. With many CIJ print heads, the nozzle and catcher tube remain open when the printer is out of service or in standby mode. The ink dries up, the nozzle clogs, so that the next time it starts up, it can lead to a spluttering of ink and an indistinct typeface. This is not the case with Leibinger. With the patented Sealtronic sealing system, the catcher tube moves to the nozzle during production breaks and seals the system airtight. When re-starting, the typeface is instantly clear and stable – without cleaning and rinsing cycles, production starts again immediately. This is a must in any efficient production environment.
