During these challenging and unprecedented times Result Group is committed to supporting our valued clients. We understand that our clients are also facing their own challenges as the world struggles to work in an environment where COVID19 is rapidly evolving. It is our intention to continue to go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and support during this crisis. At the same time, we need to protect our greatest asset, our people, so we will be taking a number of initiatives to ensure their safety and welfare. Our commitment to you is that the same safety initiatives and preventative measures apply to the Result Group team members who operate at our client premises.
Working arrangements
As soon as the World Health Organisation announced that Covid19 was looking like becoming a world pandemic, we took action. We now have part of the Result team working from home to reduce risk to our staff and therefore ensuring we maintain our day to day business operations.
We have activated additional safety precautions including ensuring people who have any symptoms of the virus remain at home and isolate. We have an internal COVID19 Management Policy which is consistently updated and communicated as new information becomes available.
Temperature screening guidelines are also now in place. Each employee is to self-temperature check on entry to office and log this reading on the Employee COVID-19 Check-In Register.
Each Team Member is committed to playing their part in minimizing the risk of transmission.
Supply Chain
Result Group is in regular contact with our supply chain to verify and understand any potential disruption and we will continue to do so
Supply Chain Deliveries
Result Group has developed a contactless supply chain which will remain in place throughout the COVID19 pandemic. Strict processes for our own inbound and outbound deliveries have been implemented as follows:
- Inbound and Outbound deliveries are to be made via the Warehouse only
- Office door will be locked at all times
- All deliveries and collections will be made from and to the defined quarantine area situated within the Warehouse
- Social distancing applies with all transport providers
- All shipments to be unpacked at direction of the Technical Operations Manager
- Gloves to be worn when unpacking and discarded directly after use
- Area to be wiped down after unpacking of delivery
- Hands to be washed and sanitized on completion of delivery unpacking
Business Continuity
Result Group is following all Government guidelines and has introduced additional measures to prevent an outbreak of COVID19 within our business. We are ensuring our Technicians are allocated jobs on a rotating roster. Technicians are also working remotely from the Office instead of attending Customer sites where possible. Meetings and tool-box talks are also being conducted using technologies available to us for staff working offsite.
People attending our offices
*Should a meeting onsite at Result Group be required prior approval must be obtained from the Result Group General Manager.*
We have trained our team to ask people attending our office for meetings to read and comply with the Result Employee & Visitor COVID-19 Check In conditions of entry confirming that none of the below are applicable:
- travelled overseas in the past 14 days, or
- have been in direct contact with anyone who has travelled overseas, or
- been in contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID19, or
- are currently experiencing any symptoms
As an additional measure Temperature screening checks are now in place. Temperature logging on our Visitor register is now a requirement to entry at Result Group.
If Visitor does not meet the conditions of entry or temperature reading is above 37.5°C, we will be asking that the meeting is postponed and then conducted by phone or video conference.
Health and well being
We currently have no team members with reported or suspected cases of COVID19 and we are working together to help protect our people from contracting the virus. We have significantly increased our workplace cleaning schedules and provided additional hygiene products to reduce the risk of transmission in our offices, manufacturing department and warehouse operations.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact Michael Dossor, Group General Manager or Paul Rushton Technical Operations Manager on +61 (0)3 9706 4474.
